2 Night Stay at De Vere Village Hotel Newcastle upon Tyne ?

Hi I have booked a 2 night stay at the De Vere Village hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne however due to other commitments we are unable to go and there is a no refund policy on the booking. The booking is worth £140 and includes 2 night stay 28/9 29/9 in a deluxe double room with breakfast each morning.
